Since no one died tonight which makes me wonder, I'll vote hotshot as well today... if he turns out to be town then we will look through voters for aage and Hotshot and have a chance. I think.

I was actually going to mention this anyway, and I am also wondering what other people built.

I built a brothel, because who doesn't like a brothel. I also have no idea what any of the buildings do in the Civilisation series. I am not going to state what it allows me to do, because I have no idea if scum can build as well etc.

It also seems that someone has already started on the wonder, and we either have 2 or 3 more nights before that can happen.

While I want to vote hotshot, I think we should hold off for a bit until we get more information. Let's not rush into this. We can all agree he's scummy af, but now it's Day 3 and we should have been able to gather some info from what people built and what those roles were. However, with this, I'm going to FOS hotshot, ga7, nagerous.

To add why I fos'd these three players BWOP, ga7 for my own reasons but also because he did slip up in day 1, and was absent for the majority of that day as well. Hotshot, for obvious reasons. nagerous, because he and ga7 are great players and know how to stay under the radar, and they have been able to complement each other well in this game so far. So basically, for the latter, guilty by association.

I finished my building last night so I "technically" don't know what it does yet, but I can make a pretty good guess and should have something by tomorrow. Hotshot wagon still feels weird but my instinct was wrong yesterday so I'll try and get reread.

I'm still waiting on info from my things so I'd rather not vote till I get concrete info one way or another. I'll agree it sounds like someone's doing a wonder and I'm curious Mitch you act as if you couldn't insinuate it is a wonder just that it's something do you not know what the buildings are?

I don't think Masket is the type of mod that would continue sending night results after Day had started, but he has been unwell and busy the past few days so I'll just FOS you. If you were able to build something you would have gotten the results already.

However, your read on Mitch is exactly what crossed my mind too when I read it. Very suss, so FOS Mitch as well.

"Let's rush to vote Aage!"
"Lolawks, let's now rush to vote hotshot"

Well it's quite clear that had Aage been allowed the chance to roleclaim he would not have been lynched, as there is no way goddamn England would not have been deemed the most valid of roleclaims. So for starters, FOS on the rush votes. I hope we have all learned that just because we have a fancy lynch-countdown mechanic does not mean we can just bandwagon the first person we can. Hopefully we can avoid this situation in future, and one way to do that is for everyone to hold off votes until we have had enough discussion and and roleclaims made beforehand. As such I'm going to be treating anyone that makes a vote without thorough reasoning to be completely suspicious. Honestly we don't actually 'need' to make a vote until discussions have been made, or a deadline forced on us.

Worth noting that both Mitch and Dakky rushed to vote Aage, but are now quick to jump on Hotshot. Neither are willing to consider their actions and are dangerous to town. As noted, Mitch also made a comment that seems to imply he is unaware of wonders. So that is two points against Mitch for now.

Also hotshot; Aage was essentially scolded for voting you to preserve his own life, and you literally went to do the same thing after him. Lul

Well naturally. Hasn't everyone built a brothel by now? I hereby propose we all unite and cancel the [redacted] wonder option we have, and instead we all come together to build The Mega-Brothel as our wonder. All in favour?

I'm curious as to why Chu is asking about your buildings however; care to elaborate, Fircoal?

Dakky voting hotshot saying that if he flips town we should look for those who voted for both Aage and hotshot seems terrible to me.

Okay does that sway your vote anyway or the other or have any further thoughts on things?

Overall, I want to hear a claim from hotshot, I will not put them to the wall yet, since everyone else seems to be voting that direction but I think its time and warranted. They have been on the block each day and have been playing quiet most of the time and just jumping on any other case rather than defending themselves.

The Mitch case is empty. He showed that he had knowledge of how constructing works earlier and being nonspecific about it now doesn't change things.

Hotshot speed hammering Aage was scummy and I have to think he knew it was scummy. Either he thought Aage might actually be scum in which case, convince us or he he felt he was sunk if he didn't finish it. The latter strikes me as more of a scum attitude. Town wins by keeping strong players alive to figure out the scum. Scum wins by keeping themselves alive even if just for a night.

I starting to worry about Skoffin now, I think skoffin was just repeating the word wonder to seem town, that remark of all getting together to build a mega brothel instead of the wonder makes me think skoffin does not know our objectives and building rules :-k

Word to the brothel builders . Care to share who visited your brothel last night?

I feel it is pretty pertinent considering what happened in the night phase .

Also I got t wrong with aage but judging from what happened in the night I am pretty sure hotshot is scum but considering what skittles has shared I would like to hear from him more first rather than risking another speed lynch which was fucking dumb

And also completely Tim Woodbury's fault.

Also skoffin may not talk like a barbarian but has offered nothing to suggest she is not a barbarian. It may be nice to rag against Mitch but remember the guy all but blurted out his town PM day one so looks pretty clearly town.

What I was thinking too. Basically parroting comments from others to make it seem like she knows about them.

Rest of post wasn't important for my point:

So for starters, FOS on the rush votes. I hope we have all learned that just because we have a fancy lynch-countdown mechanic does not mean we can just bandwagon the first person we can. Hopefully we can avoid this situation in future, and one way to do that is for everyone to hold off votes until we have had enough discussion and and roleclaims made beforehand. Unvote Hotshot

Wait actually...no.

Revote Hotshot

I could nitpick about how yesterday went down but I don't think it does anyone any good especially since I don't particularly disagree that speed lynches are bad. I just think with the lynch mechanic of this game, early pressure on cases is going to be more important in coercing early information. Not that Hotshot is exactly talking right now. Where we are seems a good place to sit.

Again, Mitch is Mitch. He bandwagons and often for slim reasons. More going with who is more vocal than forming his own case. Dakky is more interesting and I'm still keeping something of an eye on him but considering Benga being a barbarian, I don't think he would make comments about "Uncivilized Nations" being the threat. It could be that some scum are city state "nations" or it could have been a double bluff. HOWEVER, the first we have no evidence for and the latter would require a bit of foresight and Dakky usually plays more in the moment than looking well ahead.

Also yes, Mitch did basically blurt out a lot of information Day 1, I was trying to be vague so that any mafia who hadn't figured that out yet wouldn't get information that way...not that I expect to catch any mafia D3 the same way Benga was caught Day 1 but often withholding information helps town more than mafia.

I don't specifically want to limit you by saying who but there are a couple people that have gained attention today that everyone should look back at their day 1 behavior and see how they feel about them after rereading them in that light.

Basically from my perspective hotshot is scum and it will take a lot to convince me otherwise and potentially skittles forthcoming testimony.. I don't need to vote him however at this stage to prove I was on the lynch. I will however vote him perhaps later in the day if required but I think anyone who is also his scum partner must vote him at this stage so anyone getting their votes in now to look more town look suspicious in my eyes.

Will not say the action so skim don't know what actions we have but I have a hunting lodge built. I get the point of why hotshot is on the chopping block but with the countdown clock I'd rather not just throw votes on people especially after yesterday.
