well its nice to wake up in the morning to find out your already dead, means i don't have to do anything, very kind of you all.
anyway i investigated neb last night, hes town, i could tell you his role but i won't,
not like it really matters i guess i'm dead now.

It was the crack of dawn, but things were already busy. One townsperson woke up that morning with his alarm at six, only to find a crowd with pitchforks and torches outside his house. Knowing it was time to leave with his leader dead, he tried to flee from the back door, but it was too late. He was caught beaten, and dragged to prison, thrown to the very criminals he caught before. He was left to rot, an indefinite sentence his guilt exposed before he could even open his mouth. Gregwolf Frank Abagnale Jr. Kool-Aid Cop has been lynched N4 Start.

Night Actions received, but having scene postponed until a Mod-Error can be cleared. . Apologies for the delay.

The night was peaceful, and due to a processing error a voice boomed from the sky. Erinyes Goddess of Vengeance, you have been purged from the taint invading your mind it said. Then the sun broke forth radiantly, and the light shone forth from the sky. There was no more evil, there was no more darkness in this town. It had been purged with the minimum cost, the minimum time. The townspeople looked at each other once again and knew their neighbors for who they were, without suspicion clouding their eyes, and without fear. There was no fear in victory, only sadness for the lost.
Due to Mod-Mistake (lack of notification upon recruitment) Safariguy5 Watcher has turned into a Survivor/Town Alignment and the game has ended.
Remaining Town has won.

This was dead on lol! Unfortunately, the setup got destroyed rather quickly and it didn't play out as envisioned. (Oh dear.) There was lots of investigatish roles, no protectives (due to only a vig) and had issues rather quickly. Its unfortunate that both cult leaders got lynched/NK'd so quickly because I really wanted to see how it would have played out figuring out who the other one was.

I was town tracker. Tracked Benga N1, and he went nowhere, so I knew he was town...referred to him being clear a few times. N2 I was blocked by Hotshot, which I didn't figure out until N3 when I tracked Hotshot to benga.

Good game. We would have ended it D5 with a safariguy lynch, I think, anyway.

As Dendrobates, the Man with a Thousand Guns, I consider all that I have heard today. If I where a mafia scumbag, I would claim to be a townie and do my best to bring suspicion towards anyone else I could cast doubt on. Since roles are passed out by the mod, Anarkistsdream's claim to always be town is quite suspect. He is also the one trying to get people lynched on anything they say. So after a stiff drink to keep the nerves calm, I wait till late and make my way to the home of Anarkistsdream. I then put two bullets behind his ear in the Mafia execution style. As I return home some doubt causes a twinge of remorse, but I shake it off with the sure knowledge that even if he was not a Mafia scumbag, he was surely not someone I want living in my town. Returning home I clean my gun in case there was a police investigation and was my hands with gasoline to remove any trace of powder residue. Best everyone think this was a Mafia hit.

Having seen that the person responsible for this new cult in town was lynched by enraged towns folk, Dendrobates, the Man with a Thousand Guns decides to stay at home tonight. Without a kill tonight perhaps the towns folk will consider the possibility of a Vig rather than a SK in town. It should be interesting to see what deductions are drawn with no killing at night. It will also confirm that there is no true mafia if no one dies. Also, if a watcher is watching me they will see nothing. And a cop (if just given my alignment) will not suspect me.

So after a quiet night at home, Dendrobates, the Man with a Thousand Guns, places one of them under his pillow (it's still a dangerous town) and goes to sleep smiling. He not only was the deciding vote to lynch the recruiter, but killed his last recruit as well. Not bad for the new guy in town.

Clearly things where getting out of hand in his beloved town. Dendrobates, the Man with a Thousand Guns was sad to hear that a band of towns people had drowned an innocent man because of their fears. But who could blame them? Rumors of mysterious cult followers recruiting people into their nefarious cabal. With seemingly no way to stop them, or even identify who they where. And talk of the towns police force being in on the scheme didn’t help to quiet fears. Well, there was one way to stop them. Dendrobates had his suspicions, and while he would rather have more evidence, something needed to be done tonight. So rather than return home he drove out to a deserted part of town and parked his car. (If some cult recruiter want’s me, they’ll have to find me first) Taking a small satchel he kept in his trunk, he makes his way stealthily to where he knows Kratos will be. And quietly puts two bullet’s behind the ear, mafia style. Perhaps the towns folk will believe it was a mafia hit. On his way back to the car he tosses the gun he used into the river along with the two shell casings he retrieved (no finger prints left behind) and drops the gloves he wore into a trash can along the way and the ski mask into another. He then drives to an out of the way motel for the night where he washes his hands with gasoline before taking a shower. I don’t know who’s side the cops are on, but I want to keep as low a profile as possible thinks Dendrobates to himself. After the accusations he made today against Kratos, he would be a likely suspect for tonight’s killing. But that was a problem for tomorrow. Tonight it was enough not to meet anyone who wanted to recruit him into some weird snake cult. (vig Kratos)

Dendrobates smiled as he went to bed early. Killed the first recruit, lynched his recruiter the next day. Correctly identified the second recruit despite accusations of WIFOM. Kept his hands clean of that unfortunate incident with Flow, but avenged him that night by taking out the second recruiter.

He had his suspicions as to who the last recruit was. As sleep crept up on him, all the pieces of the puzzle kept floating around his head. The town watcher was of course the obvious choice, but Dendrobates had suspicions about another as well. Tomorrow would be an interesting debate.

You know thought Dendrobates to himself, I'm pretty good at this, I should open a detective agency. Or perhaps apply at the police station for a job. I hear they have a position open he giggled to himself as he fell asleep.

One thing, I didn't really do too much work on VT PM's due to hassle on finding random people that I could classify as genius class (and make sense), but each of the other claims (besides the Fanclub Presidents, had names referencing people who were either extremely talented in their field or had the hard work put in for it.

I think Melkor picked up on his reference slightly, which was fitting for this particular setup.
Thank you all for making the game enjoyable to this mod, and I apologize for any mistakes I may have made in the decision making process. My next game will probably have an abnormal setup as well (what can I say, I get an idea that I like and run with it, trying to balance as best as I can.)

Also, This game did not go the way I expected at all. Cults could recruit from other cults with the leaders hidden, but never got that far because of the fact that the first cult got killed off so fast. I was honestly surprised that Kratos lived after his claim. (Hotshot I was expecting you to claim your night one info there, but it might be because I knew everything).

Nice job rejecting the kool-aid safari I thought you were the most likely recruited, but your posts were sounding very townish... no wonder, you didn't know yourself you were recruited lol. And good job to us getting rid of the recruiters so fast.

After night 1, I thought there were 2 recruiters, and if you recruited someone who was already recruited, you'd kill them instead... so I figured on 2 enemy factions, and that I missed on my block. Considering there were 2 recruiters, his claimed protective role sounded reasonable.

The main thing that caught me off guard was my recruitment of Greg being shown in the night scene. I didn't think recruitment's usually appeared except for cases like TFO's where the recruiter was killed same night

my system based on the quote's of people and how they reacted to the knowledge of all VT's being the same worked really well. I also used this to prove other VT's and if people were PR or scum. downside was that in the end VT's could be turned ofcourse. But i succesfully noted some PR/scum candidates, will quote some stuff:

2 VT and i had a strong pro-town feeling about melkor, probably about the only one who never voted him, also he had already FOS-me and voted benga last round aswell, he was head of my NO VT list..

ok thats all said in a short period of time, day 1 - 2. Only problem was how to identify PR from scum that was the hard part. but anyone on that list was atleast suspicious and any fake claim i would have been able to bust. also the reason why i was able to verify flow, as mentioned when i defended him, the meaning was similar.

Help you? I was the one screaming at the top of my keyboard that he was the last recruiter. While everyone else was busy lynching Flow (including you) I was, as usual, being ignored. That's why I had to kill him off in a night action. But at least you admitted he was scummy, and would be a better lynch candidate.
