This rule is only if you lose the challenge for a map. If you loose the map you can rechallenge it at once (if you have a free challenge to make).

Thanks for clarifying --that makes a big difference in the strategy. I waited a round to go for Iraq so that cost me--and then I was waiting until next round to challenge for lower Egypt.

It is 36 rounds left so that is a thing to think of in the feature. No problem to clearify. Ask if there is something more.
