you cant scramble it! you have to have the yolk still on the inside but cooked a little bit. Almost like poched but more cooked. It tastes so good on toast.

Scrambled eggs or omelet with cheese is good with ketchup. Omelets are also good when their are onions, peppers, and ham or bacon in it.

i dont like onions, but the bacon is the best.
