medal points can’t be remove unfortunately (main championships scoreboard), however in the Team group scoring all points gained against a forfeit team are removed.

Oh, and one possible way to fix medal counts on the scoreboard would be to ask those who won against a forfeited team to sacrifice one Championship team win medal to the Conquer Gods. Not sure if that would work, but it's an idea (since they are kept in inventory, it seems plausible).
(This type of item is not accepted by the Conquer Gods , and I'm pretty sure the Top-3 will see more than few points separation at the end of the 5 Championships)

Bummer, I hope you are right, certainly looks that way. I know it puts us at least 12 medals down. At least it will be corrected in results within the tournament

so you are assuming you would have beat team mehitchcock 12-0? (6-0 & 6-0)

(or do you think you played them and won 12-0?)
I'm assuming that multiple team members would have won multiple games. I don't think its a stretch looking at their record to assume across a couple members we would have garnered that many medals

Assuming all team members are in the same tribe they could score a max of 18 medals per round
Your current home Triples is having Paengars/_Untouchable & fred299229, neither donche64 nor ZaBeast are in it, please confirm or if there is a typo somewhere.
outside of the forfeited match one team per group is not playing a round since there 15 teams per group, that is why you see some teams with one less match.

I actually see one more match. some teams have like 6-1-1 score (8 sets played) yet I dont see results for round 8 to be input, so how can then counter tell that someone played 8 sets?
