Contact the event organizer. It should have a link on your Central Command page. What's the name of the event?

It's true that the WWII Western Front map is part of this month's Challenge. However, the game you won is does not qualify for this event, as it was on the wrong settings.
The general outline of the July Challenge is here:

In order to get credit for a monthly Challenge, a game must not only be on the right map, but ALL the settings have to conform to what was listed.

Guide program is not the best for newbies. We want seasoned vets with good attitudes to help newbies find their way around the site.

Site is heavily rigged. once you are here for some time the day your subscription is paid you wins in rt 1vs1 games drops from average 50% wins down to 5-10% and will stay there up to 1 month costing you all your points and rank gained --- for the new player I suggest invest your $ elsewhere - warzone.com is a good alternative
