best map in cc.. in my opinion
Just played my first 1vs1 with it.
Incredible 100% even and fair

We talked about it the whole game in chat. great match. Love this map and its settings right now. I think they could be even better ,but I realize what is a perfect map to me may not be for everyone.

As of the last update, everything has been fixed and plays properly now. 1v1 is great fun but larger game assassin wins the day for the most fun.
Anyway to improve it, let me know, but I do not see any way that this can be tweaked to make it a better game.

I must say I preferred it with the 1 nuetrals in the center but its still alright.
EDIT: so I just started another game that is a 8 man assisin and it is back to seperation by nuetrals, is this the way you plan to keep it? I love it this way. I like the game play more with the nuetrals in the cetner

It is, I f****d up with the previous xml update and got a new one in place fast. The xml now is the correct one and will stay in place. I see no way now to change this.

so is this map back to the format it was first released in apart from the objective.. i loved the map when first released just thought the objective was needed for it. i then played it again with start positions all over the place and that ruined it..
ps anybody want a 1 v 1 on it as long as it is origonal format for map ill play.

Shouldn't the legend say something like "3 shields of the same colour" instead of "3 squares the same"?
Since the word shields is used before that too.

I know you guys do not want to read my opiions, but I have played this map around 15 times now.. Still in my opinion the best or one of the best ever made.
this was the last.
Game 10892862It is just darn near perfect.
It contains the recipe I look for,
1) balanced
2) innovative
3) simple enough to grasp early but takes 200+ games on it to master.
4) graphically pleasing to the eye
While Its just a chess board and #4 is not perfect for this map, still-- it has brought a lot of enjoyment to CC for me.

AoN, always happy to read your posts (even though we cannot play his one together as you have me foed). Those are the things I was looking for. Simple whilst hard. Balanced game for the 2nd turn player.

Well its more about it being impossible to make like a IH Southern africa map. I mean there is only so much you can do to a chess board. I think it is fine man. No one will ever play your map and say "Uggggllly" but noone will ever say "wow what an incredibly pretty chessboard"
The beautiful part of your map is the gameplay.
And dont worry, my foe list is something like 500 people, its nothing personal. If you ever want to play a game let me know.
