Ffraid has brought to my attention that I neglected to address his answer!

Ffraid will receive 75 points for his answer instead of the full 90 due to the fact that the name change was the result of a constitutional change, not a revolutionary one. I'm accepting Comoros in full because its name change was following the secession of some of her territories.

Not a problem Sully. Been a blast and surprised at how close it is for the 2 GA medals. But I would disqualify Dako for throwing a hissy fit and stop playing.

?29: Dako has accepted a challenge! If he is the first to answer all of these questions correctly, he will receive 400 points. But if someone else does before him, that person will steal 200 points from him! Second place will receive 100 points, 3rd 50 points, 4th 40 points, and the rest 30 points.
