Remember to make an offer they can't refuse. By the way, I am highly shocked and somewhat appalled (I can't be truely disgustingly appalled until after I've actually played the game for myself) that they made a video game out of The Godfather. One of the greatest, deepest movies of all time and now they're making a videogame out of it? One that will most likely butcher if not the story line something about the movie? I mean what's next making a video game about Casablanca or Citizen Kane? Or Star Wars?
Actually, I've enjoyed the game immensely. By the way, they did it to Scarface, too. (Also enjoy that one)
The bastards!

Target has joined the dark side.
And you haven't??!!
I am a gray wolf. In other words I like to flirt with both sides...
Assassins don't take sides. They just work for whoever is paying them - In strike's case, God.[/quote]
That's a mercenary. And yeah I am God's second assassin, well technically both me and target were given the title at the same time, but my job is a bit different than Target's. I don't just kill the bad people. I sometimes have to side with the bad guys to keep the balance. Needless to say it's a busy job.

Lucarilover240 wrote:So, as some of you may or may not have noticed, I haven't been around this thread as much and haven't been paying too much attention to my turns in games. I figured I should explain this. Recently, I bought two new videogames: The Godfather, and Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. Now, I'm one of those people who, upon purchasing a videogame, plays it all day and all night long until it gets boring. I've been thoroughly enjoying The Godfather, haven't gotten around to playing Mercenaries yet. So there you have it. I won't be around as much until both of these games start to bore me.
So that's why you've missed two turns on the siege map and one on NYC? I'm gonna have to take this out on my next assassin victim.

Funny, that happened to me too. The Wi-Fi on my Wii stopped as well.
... I smell a conspiracy...
Damn Canada. First the internet, now our video games? WHats next our radio stations? *hears someone asking me a question* TV? why would they care about tv? Anyways. This must stop here I hereby form the Anti-Canadian ANti-internet/videogames party coalition...and if you think that's a mouth full wait till you find out that's the abbreviation.
Imagine if it was... f*ck, I can't remember the word... You know, one of those words where every letter stands for a word.
Acronym.
nu-uh it's an accordion.

Well this is f'd up. I'm playing in an assassin's game and my opponent has just declared that he'll help the guy going after me eliminate me in my last remaining territory...
Other than that I made a couple of risky moves and at least one stupid one. ONe of the risky ones almost won and now could cost me the game. One was in escalating where I used my set (worth 40 troops) and my other bonuses (worth 25 troops) to try to eliminate my last opponent from the game and took all but three territories from him so if he has a set (has 3 cards) he'll probably eliminate me from the game and even if he doesn't would have to have some seriously horrendous dice not to put me at death's door. Hopefully, he doesn't have the set.
