Revised to make this niger/nigeria/mali/cote d'ivoire intersection clearer.
Also changed Argentine claim for Chilean claim which is more accurate as the Argentine and British claims essentially overlap.

This looks very good - just hoping they can implement the 8 and 9 player option with it
You need to change your route to say To Chilean Claim (Currently says To Argentine Claim reflecting its previous wording)
** is the pink for madagasca meant to be that light?
** same for iceland is it meant to be that colour?

thanks for the catch, will do.
tals wrote:** is the pink for madagasca meant to be that light?
yes it is not part of the southern africa sub continent but a 'neutral' territory like Egypt.
tals wrote:** same for iceland is it meant to be that colour?
Tals
yes, Iceland is also meant to be neutral (matches Moskva) rather than part of Western sub.

The chilean claim lable needs to be moved up now just a tad so it isn't sitting on the white border line.

The XML is looking better...a few still seem out of place on the large map and it would be nice to seem them centralized like most others...
Ones that stick out:
- Baltics
- Cameroon
- Chad
- Libya
- Saudi
- Ethiopia
- Somalia
- Thailand
Ones that could use subtle centralization changes:
- Upper Canada
- Lower Canada
- Southern Usa
- Norwegian Claim
- Egypt
- Niger
- Iraq
- Iran
- Turkmenistan
- India
- Indo China
- Central Indonesia
- Central Australia
Also, I might look into moving all of 'Korea''s name into the blue of china...and I agree about watching out for the '4 corner' borders...as they can be hard to tell and need to be fixed.

All updated as per your review (and a few other minor tweaks I spotted while doing those).

Can Pakistan attack turkmenistan?
NE brazil could be Cape Sao Roque, i think, with Marv's approval...

Enigma/OnlyAmbrose:
Looked like a match to my eye but the colour meter doesn't lie one was R255 G45, one R255. I've adjusted. You should both consider careers in graphic design
Happy,
Pakistan can attack turkmenistan.
I'd rather not change NEB at this stage; I'm trying to only change things that are "broken" but thanks for the suggestion.
Cheers,
Zim

I noticed that there's only two sub-continents for Europe. Why don't you add the bright green European countries as a "Eurasia" subcontinent?

if you still can, could you please change Scandinavia colour?
In fact, the sum of the colours of Western Europe and its white circles is too similar to the one of Scandinavia. (you could also change western europe colour, instead)

suggested he make east europe and get rid of the central europe countries in west europe, but he can already see the light of finishing this map and doesnt want to prolong the wait before it is quenched.

It's not up to you to decide if there is anything else that needs to be changed. When all comments are queries have been taken into account and any appropriate changes made the map will be complete.
Until then- print out a copy of the map and play with friends if you can't wait any longer. Just stop spamming this thread with messages about "being so thirsty" and "but I realllllly want to play it". The whole point of the map foundry is the make the maps as best as they can be, and its a process that takes time. It won't be much longer, so please just be patient.
