the lynch scene was intense, it seemed as though these people may have found another killer, could it be?
In the Shinigami realm one death-god had been making tons of trouble for everyone, killing indiscriminately, lengthening his own life several fold, in the end, though this lynch seemed to have an effect of sorts, just as he was going to carry out the death, his death note was stolen by another Shinigami, who was targeting those involved at the scene.
The troublemaker chased after the thief, not giving town enough support to carry out the deed for today.
Lynch interrupted, day end
Night Four start

Soichiro Yagami was still distraught about his son's death, he wandered around looking for leads on the closed case, along the way he ran into a young women whom he recognized as a friend of light's, he approached her and started a conversation, she too was very sorrowful about the recent happenings, though he did agree with her, she seemed on edge, finally he realizes that she was the 2nd Kira, he decided to walk away to avoid any problems, but he noticed a notebook in his peripheral vision as he walked away, he turned around with his gun, pulled the trigger only to find it empty, forty seconds passed......

We really could have used that vig with all these unlynchable roles around. By the way, I'd like to state that since Neoteny had no idea that he was going to survive, someone used some kind of lynch protection. I doubt this would be able to be used more than once, let alone two nights in a row, so I'd like to put out the suggestion to try to lynch Neoteny again. But let me know what you guys think.
Also, the scene made it abundantly clear that Neoteny is a Shinigami, so we have MM/Neo as either Rem or Ryuk.
And lastly, Suggs, why don't you share what info you've gained from your investigations. It would suck to lose that info if you should die.

-By what means did you pass on the Note? And is 538's role significant in this process?

I don't know the repercussions of this, I just know that there would be serious ones as to the progress of the game. I think I'm pretty much just trying to survive at this point. I don't have any information that I can remember. No investigations or anything.
