The colours are definantly better in the old version.

Since you are trying to replicate a strategic millitary map, would it be worth trying something completely different with the colours? A millitary map wouldnt have that much colour. Is there some way that can be implemented on your map?
Obviously that wouldnt be easy, and would probably involve alot of testing of different colours to see what works. But maybe something like what DiM did with Age Of Merchants, or the Ireland map or even the Middle East Revamp.

I think if you could make this as realistic as possible, It would be great.

These is bigest problem, without country colours these map will be perfect real, even colour in old version better, original map dont have any of these colours, but i will se all those map and try to show more realistic.

i like your most recent one posted 13:44 but could you make the letter co-ordinates slightly less visible as it confuses some of the borders and text however this map is very promising and i am glad to see you working hard

This new version is so confusing with all the numbers, distracting me from the map. Is it possible toblen the numbers in further?

"Toblen"What these mean?
I realy dont know what is so confusing.Everything is perfectly clear, you have normal number and letter background coordinate.

I like the newer version a lot more than the older one!

I think the background is still too dark though and maybe a different approach would work better. Would you be interested in using a different style graph? A latitude longitude map might look a bit more realistic.

I think he meant "to blend". Or make it a bit lighter again.
I do agree with hulmey. (Hulmey, this must stop happening.)
I feel that the grid is still a bit too distracting.

More realistic? My sorce for these map is real military map of these operation, and i want to be very realistic, ofcourse these can not be 100%realistic,because these map is very huge with very large number of coordinate and i can not present all these coordinate in CC map dimension.

To put previos lighter background, well i try.

Maybe I should've said more authentic instead of realistic. The mage below explains what I meant by latitude and longitude lines. At the bottom you can see coordinates...

I realy dont know why you create problem ,when problem dont exist, i put word coordinate in corner bigger to you and Mibi can better se. I think that background coordinate problem solve.

I never say Mibi that some of yours map is disaster, even you have some mistake in yours maps(D-day 21 panzer division is big mistake, but you say that you dont want to yours map be acurate).I want to mine map be acurate when these posible.

I know you want the map to be realistic qwert, but maybe it is best to change the grid in the background. Have it more like a newer map with the letters across the top and numbers down the side.
All the letters on the map makes it hard to focus on the playable area.

lol to teya....

I think the foundry is split 50-50 on the background on this one. You have lightened/blended it some what. Well done.

I think its impossible to blend anymore without losing the direction u feel the map should be heading in. So lets move on :)
