Nope, the rule is that the first 2 that challenge will play for it then it's the winner's. After that you can challenge as usual. Like if you challenge for Balkan Peninsula, the next person to challenge will play you for it. This is to cut down on the drawn out process that we had before that while fun did take Lufsen a lot of effort as things really got rolling. So now it's easier on him plus you've got to be a lot faster to get first shot at the map

Nope, the rule is that the first 2 that challenge will play for it then it's the winner's. After that you can challenge as usual. Like if you challenge for Balkan Peninsula, the next person to challenge will play you for it. At worst, they should not be allowed to challenge in the last 10 rounds to be sure they don't impact the result.
