On another matter...

In the Elaterate v Dukasaur match, I have found Duk to be in violation of Rule #5 by failing to create his Home game for this match. Initial challenge was issued on May 13, with both games played being created by Elaterate and played to completion.

Guys/Gals, let me make this crystal clear. There is no "I'll create my Home game if it's needed" excuse. When you accept the challenge, create your Home game and post it. This is not the first time I've seen this and I'm tired of it.

If you are challenged and you do not create your Home game, you will be disqualified from now on. (Rule #26)

5. All games will be on Random maps. Each player is allowed to choose the settings for his/her home map/game. The CHALLENGER must create the third map/game with the following settings: Auto, Seq, Esc, Chained, Sunny, No Trench, No Turn Limit, and No Poly.

On yet another note...

The probationary period for the "Down Challenge" rule is over. No one used it, so that rule has been abolished.
