Henry is too old to play for France, and the same could almost be said of Lindpere. He's 30. Add in the fact that any national team games would involve traveling half a world over and back, which is never good for an athlete.

Well done Citizens... sorry Man U fans, but seriously, your team is kind of overrated and some individuals should be replaced.

Pirlo, now that you are in the Juve your word on football is not worth much...
I don't think Man U is overrated, I think Man City is underrated, they have excellent excellent players.
That was a hard blow... but we'll see them in 18 weeks.
BTW, today
Manchester United beat 1-0 Everton, with a goal by Chicharito. On Everton's field btw.

We are very lucky to have Robin. If we don't start winning trophies we will lose him.

The referee did screw up Ajax with 2 goals. I didn't see the other match, but fixed? I wouldn't think so.

To be fair, probably not. Just looked suspicious with some very dodgy defending from a decent enough side!

Lyon needed a 7 goal differential swing. They somehow found a way to win by 6, so any Ajax loss would be enough. Impressive clutch play (even though I wanted Ajax through), but I wouldn't call it a fix either.

United now in UEFA cup and if we get our act together we can win it as we have to be the Favourites or close Favourites at this point.

There was no fix. Spanish newspapers made that up for payback because of what Noah said.
I you look at Lyon's history in Champion's League, you'll see that it's not the first time they
score that many goals, they did it before against better teams that Zagreb.

Not sure it can happen. Seriously, even the last season when they made it to the final of the UCS and were Premier League Champions, I didn't find their football very impressive. And I am a Manchester Utd. fan. I am a fan but not very knowledgeable about English football tho, so I would like to ask you about a series of theories I have about this:
Is Ferguson being too stuborn in making Rooney play in the midfield?
What happened to Bervatov? Being a Mexican and all, I didn't think Chicharito could take his spot, he was playing very very good in the first half of the last season, but now he seems lost.. what the heck?
On Giggs, well, he's the greatest of all red devils.. seems that if he plays well, Manchester Utd. wins. Whats the deal here, is Ferguson trying to make of Rooney a Giggs in the midfield because of Giggs soon departure?
Is the whole Giggs infidelity affecting the team?
It would be too easy to say that Ferguson's era is over isn't it?
Don't you guys agree that Man Utd. needs a couple of good midfielders? (Kaka is on the market)

Ahahahahahaha, let's all laugh at Manchester!
A little bit of Tevez out the door.A little bit of Vidic on the floor. A little a bit of Nasri on the side. A little bit of Rooney shooting wide. A little bit of Mario having a laugh. A little bit of Nani on his arse...Ladies and Gentleman - Channel Number Five.
BBC News: David Cameron travels to Manchester searching for advice on how to get out of Europe.
I feel sorry for the northern areas of britain in these harsh winds. Especially to those in manchester
I mean they've been BATTERED twice in under 24 hours
What have Man UTD and Big Brother got in common? Both shit and on channel 5
I've named my penis Manchester City. It scores in England. But is largely unappreciated in other parts of Europe.
Man u fans still using the i'd 8-2 be an arsenal fan joke.....I'd 8-2 be on channel 5
On a serious note,
holy shit, Vidic is fucked!!!! Terrible injury, wouldn't wish that on a player.
