So after what was a very disappointing International footie week for the Irish some how (feckin luck of the Irish) where still in second spot....

after the awful draw game against Slovakia....we went to Russia needing a result and got played off the park (somewhere near 20 shots for them) but still came away with a 0-0 draw....could not believe it and then to make things even better Slovakia lose 4-0 to Armenia... \:D/

on the positive side that's about 7 games undefeated and no goals conceded.....so where awesome in Defence and we got some solid forwards.....we just need to sort the feckin mid-field out and we will be perfect....

Also just to let everyone here know, I have started a Champions league Tourney and am looking for Doubles teams....so if anyone is interested sign up here...........UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2011-2012

Klinsmann has our national team looking much more confident on the ball, but USA really should be beating Belgium :/

This happened right outside entrance C apparently, and I was in entrance D - didn't see a thing! Though I think I arrived a little later than the trouble.

they havent come up against any big teams. United have played arsenal and destroyed them.citys early season fixtures are easy compared to united and we have already beaten shitty this season in the community shield.

Well, Arteta impressed. Mertesacker had the back four well organised, but was never really tested. Benayoun got to run around like a bullet out of a gun for the last 20 or so minutes.

However, the game sucked. We looked shaky and would have been a 0-0 if the Swansea keeper hadn't made that blunder. Those 3 points were definitely needed, and has hauled us up to the top of the bottom half of the league.

Champions Tuesday will be interesting.

Oh yes, top four prediction is that Man Utd and Man City will fight it out for first and second, with Chelsea a close third. Liverpool will clinch the fourth spot ahead of fifth place, and Arsenal will finish either 6th or 7th. :D

yep we are the richest team in the world in any sport. I just hope the red knights or some united United supporters group buy the shares to atleast give hope that we can get our club back from the glaziers.

there is always someone supposed to be taking over united but no one every puts in a bid. the Glaziers wont sell the club for anything less than 2 bil

on another note joshy agony continues as arsenal lost today 4-3 to Blackburn  .at this rate it will be a challenge for them to make it into the europa cup next season.

it's so sad to see Arsenal suffering like this because they work hard. while only the big spenders are dominating this game in England. not funny at all.

United have dominated for decades and are no means big spenders, this summer was a rarity in us spending but usualy we dont go big.No more than 20 mil in the transfer window is usually normal.

then there are teams like chelsea and man city who buy there way into trophys but when the money dries up they will slip down the table.

Arsenal have the money wenger just didnt buy big or couldnt attract the big names.
