i also notice that, in the xml, the public areas are labelled as, for example, public 01 and public 02, while they are public 1 and public 2 on the map. ideally, they ought to be the same, but this isn't critical, since i imagine that only the most hurried turns (or the most careless players) will have a problem with misdeployment because of it.

a minor niggle: the vertical public 12 text looks a bit untidy because all of the other public areas have horizontal text. no-one else has mentioned it though.

Found a few mistakes in the XML:
-Batter 1-Wicket Keeper bonus of –1 is not in XML
-Batsman 4 and PC5 don’t border on map, but do border in XML
-border Batter 1 and Batter 2 is 1-way in XML
-Public 7 and Public 8 don’t border in XML
-Public 3 and C-Bar don’t border in XML
