I think this poll is a bit silly. The difference between 13 and 19 is vast, but the one thing they have in common is using the internets a lot. Most people on the internet are young but not too young to be able to do the more dedicating things on it.
It's even more so on forums I think. Young people like to express their opinion way more than older people do, it's due to pubescent behaviour. We all think our beliefs and opinions are the truth and we also bother to actually post them.
