Neither of these are true, of course.riskllama wrote:that would be less than ideal. in other, more positive news, Trump admits Biden won (because rigged...mookiemcgee wrote:I heared a rumor Koch family might try and buy CNN) via tweet this morning. AND, in even MORE positive news, the JCOS chairman handed Trump a rather stern verbal smackdown regarding the use of the US Armed Forces, which was nice to see.

Biased observers complaining about a few votes is not proof and barely evidence.saxitoxin wrote:I did but you obviously didn't.jimboston wrote:Did you read any of these?saxitoxin wrote:62 affidavits, sworn and notarized under penalty of perjury, by official observers documenting ballot rigging and other misdeeds they witnessed in Michigan; a chilling read for those who care about democracy - a jubilant chronicle for those who care only about empowering elderly Joe Biden like jimboston -

A recount in Georgia’s presidential race found more than 2,600 ballots in Floyd County that hadn’t originally been tallied, likely helping President Donald Trump reduce his 14,000-vote deficit to Joe Biden. The previously uncounted votes were cast during in-person early voting at the Floyd County Administration Building, which includes the county’s elections office, Martin said. Over half of 5,000 printed-out ballots cast on an optical scanner weren’t initially recorded.

Yup. Unfortunately the thug currently occupying the White House has made it his business to wage war on the less fortunate. Tens of thousands of legitimate refugees fleeing from repressive regimes in El Salvador, in Nicaragua, and in many other places, have been sent back to face likely torture and possible death.HitRed wrote:"Your nation has always been a strong refuge for the less fortunate people struggling under tyranny."

I’m further horrified with how we handled families with children.
That said, it’s very easy for Canadians to criticize when you don’t have to deal with the immigration issues we deal with on our Southern Border.
Can you honestly say Canada wouldn’t act similarly?

Who’s trying to “steal” the election now?saxitoxin wrote:Dr. Kelli Ward, chair of the Grand Ol' Party of Arizona, just released a video statement stating "the election is far from over." She goes on to say she is confident President Trump will start his second term in office in January and that the Arizona GOP is currently coordinating with the Trump campaign (presumably to either overturn enough votes for Trump to win Arizona or to run out the clock on certification to depress Biden's electoral vote total and get closer to throwing the election to Congress).
Do you even read what you write?saxitoxin wrote:Breaking - election results for the Clark County, Nevada Board of Commissioners have just been invalidated and a new election ordered in Clark County due to major voting irregularities. The move only impacts the board election (which was due for certification today), however, provides a legal opening for the Trump campaign to call for the rerun of the entire vote in Clark County (which would not be able to occur until after the Electoral College votes). Clark County contains 18% of all votes in Nevada and was one of only two counties in Nevada that voted Biden.
Nevada Schedule
November 18: Deadline to officially file a contestation of election. The appeal for a contested election must be filed with the presiding judge of the Carson City District Court. (The current presiding judge is Hon. James Wilson. Prior to becoming a judge, Wilson was the District Attorney of Elko County, elected on the Republican ticket. He is also a former police officer.)
November 28: By this date the District Court must determine if there is probable cause to contest the election. If it finds that there is, it appoints a Special Master to investigate the election. Certification of results cannot occur until after the Special Master completes his investigation and delivers his report to the court.
December 1: Deadline to certify Nevada election results.
December 14: Electoral College votes for President of the United States.
December 15: Statutory date to rerun an election in Nevada if a November election is invalidated.
Meanwhile ... an interesting video from the (non-Republican) principal of R&R Legal Group, a criminal defense practice in Arizona, on the specifics of Arizona elections law and what's next. "We're still in the very early stages ... it's like a war zone out there."

Walton County just joined Floyd County in discovering uncounted Trump votes in Georgia. And there are still 81 counties left. At this rate, that 13,998 vote differential should be bridged in no time.jimboston wrote:Approx. 5million votes in Georgiasaxitoxin wrote:major discrepancy identified in 1 county almost immediately after start of recount - 159 counties in Georgiajimboston wrote:71% of 2600 = 1846saxitoxin wrote:Uncounted ballots being discovered in Georgia recount.
