11465747 still has an empty slot, nothing about waiting on an invitation. Would that mean that he declined the invite and didn't say anything about it?

At this point, reserves have been sent into the games (I just BARELY had enough). If we need more, I'll run a drawing for those whose invites expired because of 4 active games, first come first served...

He upgraded after the tournament started, so he didn't have a chance to get into the premium tournament so I let him stay.

More invites were sent out, there are only 10 spots still remaining...
