Is this really necessary? Through the first 1000 games, there have only been 5 that went over 18 rounds (19, 19, 20, 22, and this last one), and ours was cut short so we wouldn't both lose. This was a really good game too, I don't see any reason to include these stalemate provisions when you've removed the 3-4 team games.
