Member since 2007, seems the main board games are getting slow so I’d like to see about this clan thing maybe find more active games

Been a member since 2007
Rank Lieutenant
99% of turns taken, never miss turns, family emergencies would be the rarity

Typically play larger games 8-10 players, terminator is my favorite game, win percentage 20%.

Active as the game dictates some games are chatty and some aren’t I will follow the lead of other players, I like working as a team in partners as well.

i would like to join a clan. lately i have been doing very well on games that are manual and trench. so if you view my games on those settings, you will see a lot of recent wins.

i also have a very good track record, with quadruples games on world 2/1; so you can check out my past games on that map, as well.

could you pls let me know which clan(s) i might be able to join? thanks!!

Clans are privately run so each clan controls who joins and who doesn't.

Reaching out to clans individually can be effective, or posting in this thread (as you have). Also, I find playing casual team games can help a lot. If you have talent you'll be noticed and approached by clans as you meet people through team games. Create team games / join ones waiting for players. Focus on being a good teammate. Communication and selfless play are key to being a good clan player.

Been on CC for 16 years, rank goes up and down depending on dice and how drinky/smokey I am while playing. Tired of seeing the same names every time I login and decided to see where everyone is hiding. On several times a day and rarely miss turns. Baltic Crusades is my fav map but play classic, feudal, feudal epic, and civil war regularly. Will join others if I notice strong players starting games and or people I have enjoyed playing with. Hope to hear from someone.

Hello, Clan Realm!

I'll be honest, I don't know too much about clans. I understand the concept, as will anyone who's been playing games for a long time, and a handful of people have brought up the topic to me in the last few weeks. Today, someone I'm playing a Doubles game with informed me that clans are the "peak of strategy at Conquer Club", and sent me this link. So here I am!

You're asking for a "CC Resume". Well, I don't really have one of those, so I'll just share my story, so far...

I grew up playing Risk. My Father and I would host games every couple of weeks. I love Risk, but hadn't played it online until finding this site. Except this one mobile app I remember which stacked your armies as dice in columns on your territories... Haven't the faintest idea what it was called, though. Anyhow, I've been gaming for a long time. I competed within the top 0-1% tier of a few different titles and don't solely "play for fun", which I'm sure my Wife will attest to, with a glare, LOL. Unsurprisingly, I'm extremely competitive.

I had the exact same outlook when I signed up to Conquer Club. My main strategy to reach that 0-1% tier was to seek out highly rated Risk players and join their games. I've obviously lost a lot in the process LOL but I managed to sneak some wins too. It's been incredibly enjoyable, and surely how I've developed a fondness for maps like USA 2.1 and Hive. I acquired quite a fancy looking hat a while ago, but my head has been growing cold lately. I'm still experimenting with the huge array of settings available, but I do love polymorphic and have a little gimmick of my own flowing there. The last thing is Tournaments! Love them, but I'm gatekept by my starry poverty. I don't have many, and when I do I'm spending them straight away... I need to figure out some farming methodology there, I reckon.

To summarise, this website is ticking lots of my boxes, but there is one competitive itch not quite being scratched. Maybe it's time to see what the clan world is like! Or maybe I'll be refused entry at the door LOL. We shall live to see.
