We've just confirmed our win vs IA, so that gives us a definite 7 points (3 wins (pack , afos, ia), 1 tie (tsm), and 2 losses (AoC and Tofu))
Only our encounter with Kort still relatively undecided, and with 2 escalating games left, all 3 results are possible (wlt)
Game totals so far are 7-5, 5-7, 8-4, 6-6, 4-8, 7-4, 4-5

total so far: 7 points, 41-39 with 4 games left

3 wins for AOC - (AFOS, Empire and TSM).

Still might get the draw with IA, suspect we can't get better than a draw with PACK if anything at all so we'll finish with between 6 and 8 points.

Confirmed: 2 wins, 3 losses for IA.

AoC will be a draw or win, but I don´t expect that result to come in before Christmas.

Against TSM it is completely up in the air. Everything seems possible at this point, from a win to a loss.

So theoretically anything between 5-8 points for IA is possible.

we got 3 wins (tofu, ia, afos) 3 losses (empire, tsm, kort) and from our perspective vs AOC it should be a draw or a win so we expect 7 or 8 points... I have no idea what would happen with a draw vs AOC if we can make it through with 7 points...

Hope to finish on 7, possibly 8, pts. Final game forecast 41-43 (7pts) or 42-42 (8pts).

Kort are most comfortable with 8 points and a decent WP, but I think it's 5 of us (IA, Emp, Tofu, Pack, AoC) fighting for the 3 spots? With 55 games left, I still don't know who to root for!
AoC's permutations are most interesting, because their IA and Pack duels still hang in the balance?

idd, its gonna be close but i think IA will beat AOC in Conquer Rome(more troops more RD) but it will take forever for that game to end. right now I have IA on 6 pts(thats including win over AOC) going into round 7 so they need to beat or draw TSM to stand any chance of going through.

TOFU need to win Game 11176808 and Game 11138593 to get to 8 pts to go through as it looks more and more likely 8 pts not 7 will be enough, if TOFU fail to win either games they are out.

Pack need to win Game 11176739 to get to 8 pts , right now we are on 7(atleast a draw against AOC) as games stand but if we win conquerman we are on 8.

Emp are on 7 pts as i see things and have a chance of a draw against KoRT which is their last chance to get to 8 pts.

AOC are on 6 pts going into round 7 and they need to win Game 11176739 to draw with the pack so their max is only 7 pts.

KoRT already have 8 pts going into round 7 and it looks like they will atleast get a draw out of Emp so they are the only ones definetly through at this point.

I'm not sure about scoring any points vs. EMPIRE, but we are currently looking good to tie with TOFU (just need Hive and Berlin - both look good) and score a 9th point.

TOFU beat AOC and EMPIRE (4 points).
TOFU seems like they'll tie with TSM (need to win Gazala and Hive, both looking good for TOFU) and KORT (if KORT wins Berlin and Hive, both looking good for KORT).
Then they have 6 points + the AFOS matchup. AFOS lead 5-4, but TOFU appears to be winning Texan Wars. If they win Hive (Kaskavel is close to the dreaded 35 figure) and Poison Rome, they can get to 8 points.

That said, AFOS are looking good in Poison Rome.

If it ends up this way.... and I think I am only off by a game or two... what a hell of a match!!!! It is so close we could end up having a team with a winning record not advance. (note: this could easily swing into a bunch up at 7 points and our final match vs AOC has a lot still left to play)

However this phase ends up.... hats off to all for a great competition!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agree lynchy. It's actually made me reconsider my entire philosophy on how CL5 is structured, coz this has been both intense and fun. A 'true' league may end up with a winner after just 70% of games have completed, whereas moving into a Super League (the way the Scots rearranged their 1st Division) adds a new dimension and ensures there is excitement all the way to the finishing line.

arent we switching to a true league format for next year? like qwerts idea or some other league structure instead of this mini group stage then final knockout stage structure.

That game probably will take forever to end
But for the record, I really wouldn't rule AOC out of that game. Imo right now, it's totally even between the two sides.
The next couple of rounds will probably be crucial in deciding who will get it, imo.

Yes, that definitely hurt us. I do believe we lost three games that were most likely wins because of subprime. That said, as everyone else pointed out, one hell of tourney with top notch performances exhibited by all clans; Was fun to be a part of this. Good luck to all remaining clans.
