South African police admit to having problems with drug dealers, thieves and sex fiends during the world cup. They say things should improve when John Terry's family go home!
Give £2 a month to a hungry African & what do they do? Buy a fucking trumpet!

Oh, I don't mind the vuvuzelas, and for the 2, or 3 matches I might have spoiled for me, I'd much prefer to have the sound on.
Alot of mexicans find it amusing that the crowd yells "faggot" every time the opposing keeper makes a goal kick. Im surprised that they havent been labeled as bigots.
Fantastic! I always enjoy watching the French lose So Uruguay and Mexico can play out a friendly draw and they'll both qualify... not that professionals would ever stoop to such a thing of course

If you think about it, it's not that unlikely. All either side would need is to not lose, so they could both be playing highly defensive (firefox tells me that's spelled incorrectly, but I refuse to put a 'c' in there) games.

The worst game I've seen was Germany v Austria. Cant remember the year, but a 1-0 German win would see them both through. It was like a training game, just passing the ball about, and Germany won 1-0 at the expense of Algeria I think. That is why the final group games are played simultaniously now.

Firefox is wrong-diddly! Mexico have a decent record against the Argies... Congrats Nietzche! I like the look of Hernandez even more now

If the announcers in those games give updates on the other match, I think I'll fucking kill someone.
In other news, I've just been noticing group D. Does anyone else think that the Germans have been given an easy go? I'm starting to think that they're going to come out of the group stage with a +15 goal differential.
