persons who dont have current games on the site but constantly troll the forums:
One person in specific who hasnt had a active game since 2009,yet is constantly on the site, there are other sites and forums where these people can give their opinions.this is a gaming site and if you are not playing. what are you doing here:
It will help with those that respect the site for what it is by not seeing trolling of people who dont use the site for anything but to interefere and argue with others on some topics that they have no business in beings they dont play:
Trolling is becoming a more and more individualized term. The players that post on the forums can be just as if not more valuable than those who play the games. Take alot of the Admin, who play very rarely yet contribute through the forums. If you have a trolling issue, report the posts or file a C&A report.

I thought he was talking about you, but then I noticed you're in one game currently.
Anyway, I love jgordon's hypocrisy. He completely ignores the form that's required for suggestions, bolds the font and claims other people are trolling after he went into another thread and told me to change my signature.
It says in his profile that he's 47. I will never understand how some people on this site his age have no sense of intelligence.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:Being restricted, he will have to increase the quality of his posts.

this would have very little impact.
posts in off-topics don't count.

It's because the posts are already at the limit for quality

Auto Direct after 5 games to GLG's camp fire

As a certain person is setting up ranching clan, I thought it would save time for him and his mates that when a newbie has completed 5 games, they are automatically directed to either
1. A Private 1 v 1 City Mogul game so that they can learn the ropes on a map they have been dying to play.
2. A nice little woodland camp fire where they can all discuss and swap stories of all types of agriculture.
3. Directly into a private live chat session where you can talk privately about all things private so long as they remember to bitch and moan about it afterwards.
As this is a bona fide suggestion I would like it treat as such although I have not confirmed this as much in live chat. For an idea how this works, please check
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=165409I think it would benefit the site as it would give a certain important person more time to concentrate cultivating their crops

If this is even a serious suggestion, you know as well as I do that it won't happen.

have [a player] foed by default for all users

[MOD EDIT: This is not the place for talking crap about any particular players. I, too, have been screwed by this particular user. But the appropriate forum for complaints about user behavior is Cheating and Abuse.]
since cc let him back in, i suggest that [a player] becomes foed for all users by default, and those intrepids that want him around can then unfoe him.
as a reminder, this guy gets into 10000 multiplayer games each time which he barely plays and screws everything. I think it would benefit the site and all users as no one knowing this player would want him on the board.

[a player] is my only foe!
I was saddened to see this user back around.

he's been banned forever, there is not a single player on this site that wants him around yet he miraculously came back just because he paid his 25 bucks!

This could actually be a case like GLG getting banned.
However, the suggestion, as is, won't happen. People get to pick their own foes.

Again removed reference to the particular player involved. Suggestions isn't the place for dealing with problems caused by individual users (as opposed to problems created by a class of users or an activity that multiple users engage in). If you have a problem with a particular user's actions, gameplay, demeanor, etc., please take it over to
Cheating and Abuse Reports.
Thanks.

Give Josko and COF their own sub-forum

Concise description:Allow Chariot of Fire and Josko to have their own sub forum where they can debate until the cows come home. This can include but not limited to: topics of whose clan is better, who the better player is, who is better and showing numbers to why they're better than the other, who has the best ideas. etc.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:-Removes pages upon pages of arguments from threads that people might like to actually see productive conversation in such as:
hereand here-Provides a common place for other forum goers to catch up on the latest COF-Joski conflicts all in one convenient place.

You need more than 2 users to set up a usergroup...
