Not sure if this is related to the post about the risk tournament in Montreal.

This tournament will be the first one consider a national (Canada) event that will take place in Montréal (province of Québec).

I have won 2/3 games on pearl harbor and will have game 3 as well. Make settings seq,ns, c, and fog.
