Sorry. I missed your suggestion. It is up now.
Fixed

I made it lighter to try and take away some of the yellow look, lighten up the north for the people who want white, but still keep some color.
gimil's suggestion is my second favorite now. But I still like the original.

original FTW.
the overall map has changed a lot already. the least we can do is keep the original colours. so i support WM's version.

the poll is a little flawed, as a majority supports a white north over any other color, but since the white north option is split in two, its not winning the polls.
I voted yellow and white as it makes the most geographic sense, a frozen white north and yellow plains. pruple belongs no where on this map.

Thanks jako.
I will do everything I can NOT to change the colors. They are the only thing left of the original and I want to keep it that way. Every other revamp map had these colors, would they have been asked to change them?
I did not even ask for a poll and I don't know who set it up. I was just showing the different suggestions for the colors.

From this I must conclude that mibi set up the poll using secret mind powers and we should all be very very careful around him.

I conclude that since the poll is clear it's between white up north and original we pick the winning of the white up north and put it against original to decide for final.

Appears we have a ghost in this thread....someone who puts up a poll and takes it down without even posting the results that i clearly remember voting in.

The author choose to disregard the results of the poll he did not request so the results are irrelevant and were not posted.

i still want to know who put the poll up....and if the results are not relevant, then why was it put up, and it appears it was a waste of time voting.

Revamps are currently an unclear process to me. It's been made relatively clear that they have different rules and conditions then normal maps. Andy has also stated he wants revamps to be handled by CAs and not by him so much. cairnswk and I never really agreed on how to handle this one that Keyogi started or how we would handle future ones. So I've just been messing with it as best as I knew how.
I saw community request for a poll so I added one.
WM then contacted me and said he didn't want the poll and that he wouldn't be using the results so I got rid of it.
Obviously, this was poor management on my part.
I'm going to leave this alone until someone tells me otherwise from here out.

No, I made it after it seemed like everyone was asking for one.

So...we all stuff up...you are not the only mod who stuffed up recently. I appear to have created another war in another topic.
Anyway, the important thing is to learn from the stuff up, pick yourself up and dust off, and get on with what you're good at. Staying away doesn't help the process, it denies the forum of some very good work.
