Is the dude ever going to lose?

I have not played Conquer Rome yet...I'll have to check that one out. ubc is definitely on a roll. Just won a tough matchup in his Big East opener, too.

I'm going to take him out now. My home map is Conquer Rome as well.

On a side note, I just lost the closest game possible. Won 2/3 but my 2 wins were in 15+ rounds and his was in 14.

hey flex, what are the rules in changing your home court?

I will allow one home court change, so choose carefully...also I prefer teams do that before we get into the league schedules (or at least too far along). If you want to make a home court change do it by the end of this week.

Got the RPI up and UNLV has risen to the top of the rankings, while unbeaten Marquette falls to the #2 spot based largely on a weak strength of schedule early in the season.

I'll update the standings links/graphs late Tuesday and am also working on sending out the Game 14 set.

all right standings are now updated along with the new RPI for the week...Game 14s should be going out throughout the day Monday. Happy New Year all.

Maybe one day CC will wake up and not allow deferred troops. Nothing pisses me off more than my opponent missing a turn or two while I struggle with the dice for them just to come back and win easily.

HA is Villanova...hitting some unexpected struggles this season.

and I've got your change of map...I'll give everyone until Friday to make a home-court change if they like, then we'll be locked in for the rest of the season. I'll repost the team list at that point to account for changes and any reserves that have been brought in to this point.

Since Toledo is running into some problems lately, maybe a change of scenery will be good for us. I'll make a change to All Your Base, seq, esc, chained, foggy. Maybe that will get us back on the right track. :/

After a 79-68 loss to Georgia, Toledo has fallen to #9 in the rankings. Toledo's initial 10-1 record (before Georgia) continues to look less impressive as the week's go on and more games are played. Toledo soared into the top ranks of the RPI with victories over highly ranked teams. But since the Rockets' victories, then-#3 Butler, then-#7 Utah, then-#4 Cal, and then-#11 Maryland have all fallen out of the Top 40. The only team currently in the Top 40 that Toledo has played, #36 Wisconsin, defeated them.

Even without losses like the one against Georgia, it will be increasingly harder to make the case for Toledo as a top team as they play only three more games against ranked opponents for the duration of the season, including two games against #30 Bowling Green.

I think that will probably help you agent. Most people will have no idea what they're doing on that map.
