Is that normal that my team play against the 1st player eliminated from the losing team? I think Commander9 should be eliminated from the last game because his team lost and he was eliminated 1st as I red in tournament rules. Shouldn't he be out, no?

Because you took him out. The elimination in the tournament goes by the first opposition elimination (in-game) of the winning team.
