The name is changing because no one likes Centerscape and Midgard is more LOTR related than centerscape is now.
not surprised no one likes it. it's just a bunch of shapes.
what i mean is why take out middle earth? copyright reasons? lotr haters around? it could have been revamped....i actually like how the map looks right now (as midgard) but why change all the names?
and as for namechanging, what i meant was why change the real lotr names for letters-numbers (example: mordor became M-1,2,etc. why?) mordor now is doomfire mts (????) rohan became central forest...well..why not keep the original names?
copyright. Permission was never received to use those names or the original map. Hence the shapes and now the revamp to a new map.

Foundry Brand. Let it be known that this map is now ready for
BETA Play. After an extended period of time in
BETA and once all quirks and issues have been resolved, the map will be put into
Full Play (barring any Lack vetoes).

Great job RJ. The map looks fantastic. It does a great job replacing the old Middle Earth one.

Only thing I can figure is if there are any XML or naming issues that have been overlooked. I think this will be a very short BETA

FYI, when I am deploying or attacking from Northern Waste, it says "Northen Waste" instead in the dropdown box.

I just played it today and it wasn't. (Sorry, looked for "Midgard" in the Viewing Gallery and didn't realize it'd be under "Centerscape")
