Chechnya/Ingushetia

Post by Perucho »

I think it would be awsome to have a map of chechnya/ingushetia and it's surroundings, such as georgia in the south, dagestan, russia, etcetera. Chechnya would be at the center of the map, of course.

 yes? devide chechnya into three regions, and Grozny (chechen capital should have a +2 bonus.

How about having a map that has some small countries (like S.A. for example) be worth a lot of bonus men, and big countries not worth as many (1-3).

You see, once somebody captures say South America, people think, oh its just 2 armies... but those 2 armies add up. However, when somebody is trying to hold Europe, lets say, nobody is going to let them cause its a Whooping 5 ARMIES! OMG

so, my idea is have smaller countries with 2 or so borders be easily accessible (i.e. in the middle of the map) and be worth alot of men. Nobody wants to let someone hold a country with a bonus of 4 of 5, so they'll do their best to destroy it, while those people who after many rounds defeat their enemies in that big country, people won't necessarily come after them, since they are only receiving 1-3 armies a turn.

I believe it will change how the game is played and what is worth more and such.

going back to the russia idea, mabye you could base a map on when the soviet union was breaking into peices, and include the present day countries that have broken off from the Soviet Union.

Besides, if it would work for College football, why not for World Cup Soccer as well? Its not about political interests its about finding ideas that capture peoples attention. What about breaking a map into regions like they do for World Cup soccer so the regions represented the groups that move someone into the actual tournament? It captures my interest. Anyone else.

i like this idea. does anyone else? i will help with geography of it if you choose to go on with ur idea, tjjazbec.

Anyone want a dice map?

Image
started out as a rubric cube map, but then I realized that it must be copyright protected so I went on to dices.

Every dot can attack horizontal or vertical but not diagonal, except on the 3 and 5 dices, there they can attack horizontal too.
or would it be more interesting if every dot could attack anywhere on its own dice?

Post by Blitzaholic »

what about an Underwater world Map of Atlantis and or Locness Monster and other creative visions for underworld map????? What do players think? I do not have the skills to do this, just posting an idea for someone else to possibly develop. another one would be Star Wars map idea, another map idea could be Las Vegas and all the casinos and some extras, another could be a Mafia world where all gansters generally have came from, and another map idea could even be the garden of eden world, anyways, just seeing what people would think and if this would motivate anyone to create one. thank You all for your time! Respectfully, Blitz!
