I need some help! I'm now 0 for 3. Not a good way to start - though I am having fun.

After we get you going in your first classroom I will add you to the team game classroom. Once you have some games set up and feel comfortable in how to post remind me by PM and I'll get you started in team games as well.

I'm not a member of the Society, but I have read many of the tutorials, and advice that has been given publicly, and I have put them to apparent good use.

You see, 3 weeks ago, when I decided to give this forum a good read, I was a cook.

I'm getting myself into trouble with feudal war. I really like the game but can't seem to figure out a winning strategy. I'd really like to discuss each move and learn where I'm going wrong.
I seem to do the best on 5 or 6 player world 2.1 and 3 way smaller maps like great lakes, Europe 1914, Charleston, etc. I'd be happy to share what I know about those games.

I've already played my first 5 games so I'm ready to report for duty.

Just started playing tonight and lost every game miserably. Would love to learn tips on how to win a game, any game. Thanks

We teach basic strategy and map reading on the classic maps. We use terminator settings so students do not have to out right win any game to raise in points each game. By using only set maps it allows our teachers to uniformly teach at random any game that is ready when they log on. So in other words you may 6 or 8 different teachers in any one game but what and how they teach will all be the same. If we were to teach every map and setting we could not handle the hundreds of games and students that we can easy do now. But you will find that the skills you learn from what we teach transcends to other maps and game settings as well. If you would like to run threw the course we would be happy to have you.

Is this still available? I've wargamed in the past (Avalon Hill, etc) but this is different! I'd like some training in this genre and I have some questions that may be holding me back. This training program will most likely help.

Only game I a really good at is USA, singles, but would be more than willing to help anyone out with that, if you like.

Everyone is welcome who wishes help. We are here to improve the skill level of players in general especially newer ones. Good competition is fun.

This will be a bit different than the games and settings you mostly played in the past. But it will teach you a great deal.

Like others, I've played a few games now, but can't quite get the hang of winning consistently. I would really appreciate some training.

New student here, really love what I've seen so far. Have played 5 or 6 games thus far, have not come close to winning any, lol. I'm kind of amazed actually at how quickly I lose, it' s like my opponents have ninja dice.
