The only problem with animated gifs are that they only use 256 colors. With Conquer Man this is OK since I only use 16. But with other maps you will get a lot of artifacts and potentially wired edges if the image is made to look pretty and hen turned into a gif.
Unless I am wrong and then please tell me how to make them better.

Agreed, probably doesn't need one at all, especially a seizure intensive one. It's both funny and painful.
What if cup cake yum went from right to left like a scrolling, err thing.

Yeah, what you have for the cupcake at the moment doesn't really work. I'm glad my suggestion got included though.

The diamonds look good.

WidowMakers wanted me to relay that he's planning to drop the cupcake animation.
WidowMakers has a very busy real life so he won't get to it very soon, but maybe later tonight.

Good. All the other animations are great, but that one's pretty damn annoying.

So you're going to abandon the idea of animation on the cupcake rather than coming up with something new?? Perhaps some teeth marks eating a chunk out of it would work better.

You could add a sparkle onto the cherry... I think the little cake needs something - especially as it is the best bonus!

Normally you get +1 for every 3 territories past 9, not on this map. After a while you start to need 4 territories for another +1 and then 5 and so on.

I missed the quench last night because of the sparkles.
