Where is owenshooter

I paid for 6 months of good dice and he only supplied me with 4.. Looks like this last week I have got all the s and 2s I didn't throw in the last few months.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK (Ok. maybe the international money order didn't go through, or he realised I paid in Aussie dollars)
