Alright, another hint I suppose...

"You tried to put two spies at the Coca-Cola bottling plant, and what happened? They defected and are now making a living in Florida selling instant borscht. And then you tried to make your own crappy imitation, Kremlin-Kola. And it was so bad that nobody drank it.[...] The Albanians used it for sheep dip!"

Since you had to give us another hint, I'm going to bend the rules a bit and take two wild guesses, neither of which is likely to be correct:

spies like us
children of the revolution

For some reason, I'm drawing a blank on movies featuring soviet communism that had much in the way of punchlines.

Except for Dr. Strangelove, of course.

EDIT: On second thought, since i'll be out of town, I'll just post the title:
One, Two, Three; which is a really funny movie.

foolish_yeti, your go.

"When I was a little kid, my mother told me not to stare into the sun, so when I was six I did..."

Person A:one scoop of creamed potatoes. A slice of butter. Four peas. And as much ice cream as you'd like to eat.

Secretary, didn't we have that one already.

Yes, I remember it as well, but I'm much to lazy to search through and find the answer...

I suppose when you hear 4 peas and ice cream in the same text that's kind of hard to forget. lol

Anyway let's try this:

Person A: and go off and rule the universe from beyond the grave...
Person B: Indeed
Person A: or check into a psycho ward, which ever comes first huh.

Big Trouble in Little China, which we already had as well I think...

A: "I just want a simple answer, is there anyone else in the house or isn't there, yes or no."
B: [pause] "No."
A: "No there is, or no there isn't?"
B: "Yes."

No apologies necessary my friend.

A: "I just want a simple answer, is there anyone else in the house or isn't there, yes or no."
B: [pause] "Um, No."
A: "No there is, or no there isn't?"
B: "Yes."
C: "PLEASE! Shouldn't we be trying to figure out what's going on here?"
A: "Well, there seems to be some confusion over who else is in the house."
B: "I told you, there isn't!"
A: "There isn't any confusion, or there isn't anyone else in the house?"
B: "Either... or both."
A: "Can you just give me a straight answer?"
B: "Certainly!" [clears throat] "What was the question?"
A: "Is there anyone else in the house?"
Everyone: "NO!"
