There's no game 4 in round 1, and my team had to play twice in round 2, losing one and winning one. Now we're in round 3 playing the team we lost against in round 2. This makes no sense

K-dub, I suggest you draw a 'map' of your tournament out on this kind of plan :

Team 15 won game 6064169, which was titled "round 3 game 2" but was actually the same team we played and beat in round 2 (as aforementioned by Manbungalow and e_i_pi).

Now we are ready to play in the actual 3rd round, which should be quarterfinals, meaning the 4 teams that won both rounds 1 and 2.

Let's from now on please strictly adhere to the knockout rules - once a team loses they are out and the winner progesses to the next round. This is what I understand the rules of this tournament to be.
