Guilty as sin

That's the quote that will condemn juventino. He knowingly knew that these suspected users were most likely going to get BUSTED as multi's & knew that there was abuse in joining those games for the technicality free points when a multi is "kicked from a game for violation of the rules".

Not only did he threaten to do it, but he followed through with those actions.

Can you provide that thread for me e_i_pi so I can read it all?

Juventino should receive at the least a WARNING for this behavior, to go against his account shall he have future endeavors of the same sort. Will be interesting to see the punishment handed out.

Regards,
KS

Johnie is pretty obvious you don't like juventino.... Looks to be a personal attack mate. I could be wrong your motives could be more pure than virgin snow.... Kind of doubt it though

Agreed on both points. Sure, Johnny doesn't seem to light a candle for juventino, but why would he, after he so blatantly intends upon cheating. Juventino is so brazen that he admitted it in the forums. Now, I don't have anything personal against juventino, and I doubt TheBro, king sam, alstergren, slowreactor, and Strife do either - yet they all agreed that he is as guilty as they come. If only this was a mafia game :|

There is a fine line between ethics and morality...... The games where open, so therefor it was not against the rules to join them. Not exactly the most honorable thing to do. Still not against the rules at the time.
If the rules have been changed and anyone of these guys gets punished retrospectivly that would be grossly unfair. All three are not on either my foe or friends list, I don't have any vested interest in what happens to them, but I do think that I'm making a valid point here that should be considered.

Joining a game that is open is not cheating. Even with privileged information about the likely or definite status change of some players within the game. I would love to find a good way to tighten this up and there are a few discussion threads in other forums on this at present.

I don't want people to think that I'm having a go at Johnie, I can understand why he is pissed of. Just rather than getting personal about it, he could use that righteous anger, and intelligence of his to work out a solution and patch/fix for this situation so it doesn't happen again. :) :)

Essay over. Thanks for taking the time to read this ya all

We only do things differently. I would never name JOHNNYROCKET24 as a convicted problem player even if he is a convicted problem player: viewtopic.php?f=239&t=45716&p=1184426&hilit=JOHNNYROCKET24#p1184426

And i would never call JOHNNYROCKET24 for a highly and often suspected multi even if that is true too:
viewtopic.php?f=239&t=60346&p=1531747&hilit=JOHNNYROCKET24#p1531747
and some more, I cant find the time to write copy and past all of them.

and i would never blame JOHNNYROCKET24 for knowingly join a deadbeat in 20 games:
viewtopic.php?f=239&t=41074&p=1059366&hilit=JOHNNYROCKET24#p1059366

But as I said. He does one thing, I do another. But this is off the topic.

I been reported as a multi like 10 times now. So what ? and the other thread, yeah I joined 20 games. The player deadbeated the games and like 50 others. How was I to know that he wasnt going to move? It was an active player that has played many games prior to that. He was reported days after I joined. Nothing I could do which is why he was busted and I was not. I gained 0 points from the games. So whats your point? You pulled up threads which mentioned my name...and ? Oh yeah, I used the word "updated" in a record retention thread and got warned because some players think a post count is important. Wow !!

Back to the point I tried to make earlier mate. They are not guilty of anything against the rules, as the rules stand at present. Probably guilty of dubious ethics, but they are not running for public office, and this is not an election. Have they broken the rules? Not the spirt of the game, the rules? No they haven't. Sad but try. This thread exposes them to public scrutiny and a bit ridicule, but it won't find them guilty of anything.

guilty...and I agree...but the most prominent opinion is that of the rulers

Isn't joining a game against a known multi with an intention of gaining points due to that multi being kicked out against the rules?

ok. Let us see the punishment. All three games are done and finish. Sounds like a terrible way to play and win or lose a game. Winning by cashing in a big set. We dont even have a verdict in the "multi-thread" yet and you want a "punishment" in this one?

As I stated early on. Let us first see how the games turns out and the ruling about the multies.

And btw, it was a very fun game, I thought we would lose but the cards were with us .

How can you claim to know someone else's intention? A psychic?

Or even if it is a guess, how can you claim it to be true, as a fact. A very dubious (I fell for this word) way to make an argument.

Don't try and snake your way out of this, you are, of all of the accused, most definitely guilty of the accusation. You cannot deny it. You stated it right there and have been quoted. I think at the very least a point reset should be instated here, especially with this incessant lying.

Because it was an easy way to show how silly the hunting has become. What if the players arent multis? What if the game ends before we have a ruling and verdict about the multis?

They have a extremly simple solution in deleting the games if they are found to be multis. Then we dont have do have this kind of threads.

Because we now have an excellent case. Three normal games have been played. Points have been rewarded and deducted. We have had no multis deadbeating or beeing thrown out in the games. This cant be against the rules?

I have no dog in this fight, but I thought this was strange:

1873 completed, 1333 (71%) won

So, I assume the reason juventino is only a major (despite winning 71 percent of his games!) is because he plays low ranks?

Just curious.

A known multi wouldn't be still on the site would they? No rules have been broken. This witch hunt is a wee bit silly isn't it.
