the freestyle vs sequential is a discussion in itself. My humble opinion - sequential takes more luck.

I will however switch Pearl Harbor with Forbidden City. just a little more practise on it and I'm ready

I am indeed deathly afraid to play you in freestyle.
However what you might not have heard or seen is that I already accepted challenges from the best freestylers there are. I am challenging everybody on CC, and that includes you of course!

I look very much forward to a challenge with you Scott!

I never got it........ you play well enough-- I can understand why you wouldn't want to play me in 8's or team but 1 vs 1, I was ranked super high back then. You're obviously faster than me which would gave you the edge. If I were you-- I would've jumped at the opportunity. I took a shot at you in here because I think it's gay to ignore players for their skill level. It doesn't matter to me now because I don't play speed anymore.

But we can setup something when I get back home. I'm away at my brother's and his spare pc was made back in 1902 I think. I've played one speed and the average time per terr's like 5-7seconds.

no offense to anyone because im sure all the good high ranked players are better than me at any type of game but i agree with Blitz about freestyle.

i seems to be all about internet connection and mouse clicking skill
correct me if im wrong

I don't think you're wrong--and "click-able" map script plays a big part in some of the success there

I'd bet that all the good high ranked players agree with you. It's the other high ranked players who would take offense.

This is a callout thread. Either take him on giving the listing settings or stop complaining. Many people enjoy these settings, just as others like sequential. C'est la Vie

Ok, I'll email Brucewar for permission from now on to make a post.

If both players have clickable maps and a great connection.... it comes down to strategy. And karelpietertje is a great strategist. So STFU if you are coming in here just to bash this idea. People know what they are getting into when they join.

and ive played against the original poster and i know he's a very good player. I wasn't questioning his ability

Speed only makes a difference if two opponents are approximately equal in skill. For instance, either one of you could play Karel and be faster and still lose. Fact.

If I chose bamboo 5x, i would deadly beat you
