I assumed that it's each man for itself, i.e. to join or create as many san marino/terminator/specified settings as possible during that month, than add up the kills at the end of the day. So we'd be playing anyone on CC as I understand it, pls correct me if I'm wrong.
Your correct, it is one of those easy comprehension problems, .44 think back to our 4th grade testing

If you can't start games then you shouldn't be allowed to join a tournament (You must be banned)
and if it's because your freemium then don't join
And if you start 100 games its more likely you will lose a lot
