I think that if someone is defeated from a game they should be able to join another game. It's no fun waiting for a bunch of slow games to finish so that you can join another.

joining new games

Im with many others when i say that waiting for others to finnish there game when im out is not exactly fair :x :x :x :x :( :( :( :(
I respect what Lack has done and why, but my comment is have u taken into account that people like me loose alot and that having two or more games that im just watching instead of playing can be a real deterent from coming back as often, ( ha ya like you'll ever get me out of this site :P    ) but it would be nice if game that ive been eliminated out of were taken off my play list.

And here is a little secret: In the future there will be an option for unlimited games and much more, called "Premium membership"

Why the money?
A very bad player could get this and lose all his points fast
Or a very good player could get it and win everygame for the next week
That would be funny very funny

Hmmmmm, what happens when you don't have any points. Is the point system set up so there is a minimum amount of points you can have? I'd hate for the point calculator to have to divide by zero. With how often I lose I may be the first one there :)

Well the min score for private is 1 i think
so 1 or 0 will be the limit or youll have -15768 points in no time!

Just remember going into negatives then beating a very high ranked player = one very unhappy player

I haven't read all of the previous suggestions, so I hope I'm not doubling up here...

I like that wankers can't just quit the game two turns in, but it would be nice if a player could quit the game after he's been wiped out. I'm out in two just now, and since I stay maxed at five games most of the time, I can't move on to another game until those two are finished.

But hey, I also want to say that this whole site is outstanding, and I really appriciate all of the work that has gone, and continues to go into it. Thank you very much!

the reason that that is not ganna happen right now is due sapce restriction i belive. the limiting to five games is an obvious way to help with that. since the game still egsists even after you are eliminated the space is still being taken up.

or at least that is what i think is the reasoning.... although as i type this i see a flaw with the idea which is that isnt there a bigger waste of this space/ band width in the storing of all old games?

That makes sense. Personally, I'd rather have more room for new games than be able to look at old ones.

You have to let the past go, because honey, it's already gone.

That's how it is, even if you are out of the game, the game is not over, and it still counts as an active game for you

Yep. It sucks. I have three active games that I've been wiped out of.

it was just updated today/yesterday so that games where you're dead don't count towards your total max games you can be playing

Never mind...

I could have sworn that lack said that if you lost a game, it wouldn't be on your list anymore, but I've lost two and neither has left. Was I mistaken, or is this a bug?

Oookay...even odder, I can join more than 4 games now...what's going on?

Never mind, I just realized what was going on, the two games I lost were still on my list, but I could join two more games...sorry about that.

I was just wondering if there was already a way to exit a game after you've been eliminated. It would be nice if one could get rid of a game they can't play in, mostly for those of us who are unable, or havn't yet bought a premium account.

If this isn't a current feature, is it possible to make it one?

hello

first of all great idea, well implemted, and extremely addictive website. :)

unfortuneatly i've lost one of my games through being comletely wiped out. however, the other players are still battling it out, meaning the game is still running. the game is still under my "my games" category meaning i cannot start a new one as i have maxed my 4 game limit.

could situations like this have games mved to the "recently completed" games category so i can start a new one as i am not contributing anything to the currant game?

thankyou
