no you dont need a premium my bro has done 2 tournaments and he is a freemium

you can get atournament dreactor and ask him for tournament privlages and u can start all the games

You don't need Premium for it.

You can contact one of the Tournament Directors and ask for the privileges by linking to this Tournament-Topic.

Then you can create games specially for the Tournament.
