No
The police have records and inform certain groups such as the local schools. Its tricky because its thought there has to be a balance between protecting citizens ( especially children ) and preventing vigilante attacks, driving people underground might not be the best answer. If you knew you were going to be branded for life and hounded everywhere then you might think you had nothing to lose by offending again,as I said its tricky !

I checked my mom's frind who lives in new jersey and it say around 1354 then 347 unmapable.

yeah, which part of Jersey? cause if it's in the Philly metro area, or the NY metro area, the site can't seem to keep the numbers from spilling over.
it's in exact.
and oddly enough, if you zoom in or out, the number changes respectively.
so, i could try and make the map focus just on my neighborhood. but it's almost impossible to get it to give me a map of JUST Philadelphia without some New Jersey towns (or Camden) and Philly suburb towns getting into the mix.
