Only 1 game left in Round 2. I'll start Round 3 when it's done.
The table is very tight, and it looks like it will be close the whole season.

Standings updated 2/25. It's getting very tight throughout the table as fights for a playoff spot heat up.
Flexmaster33 said he'd be out for a while, so we played our 4th round match to a draw.

That win puts the timbers in first for the time being.

Gah...in real news, my Raging Rhinos have gone bankrupt only 2 years after their new stadium. And I was hoping for promotion...
In tournament news, I have decided not to start round 5 early since there is still one game waiting to finish. This is since 1v1 games can go fast anyway.

I find that soccer-only stadium rule to be silly...there is no reason you can have carry over especially if it's football and soccer...I could see baseball because the field is quite a bit different and the seasons are at the same time.
This was posted way eariler and I just found out the answer to this.
The reason they need a soccer-only stadium is because the MLS plans to move to a traditional winter season, and obviously the NFL teams will take priority over the MLS teams for stadium time. Some USL teams have relegated themselves just for stadium issues and sharing with bigger teams.
Plus, the yard lines just make for a generally bad atmosphere for the MLS fans. And right now, fan support is what the commish is looking for most now.
