No.. Not darker.

I think they all have borders, just some are easier to see than others.

i agree but to be honest i don't feel like squishing my eyes to see if all of them have borders.

Yes a little darker. I'd like the see the difference. And no, not all have borders.

Some could/should be more noticeable than they are now, but they're definitely all there.

If you say so. The fact not everyone can see them means they're not consistently visible. Are borders really necessary? what does it look like without?

No arguments there. Some of the circles do look a little messy. Specifically the edges.

on the small map, it kinda looks like EGYPT is spelled ECYPT. The G looks a lot like a C.
(or am i just going insane because it is kinda late right now?)

anyway, could the G be made to look a bit more G-ish?

Don't now why people on here don't like being cooks, remember under siege: A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.

It looks like whatever font was used makes the G's look like C's when that small.

Maybe find the original font (whatever that was) or edit the text manually

I agree. There is already so much going on with the colors (especially in the small map with smaller circles. I say get rid of the colored outline.

DiM wrote:could we at least get a clarification as to what that shark/zeppelin/missile/jet/fish thing really is?

And as far as all of the talk about removing the missiles or whatever is in Canada, is that part of the project scope. I mean is lack allowing these aspects to be edited or just the text and army circles?

Lack has veto'ed any change on the origonal map, the only modifications allowed are:

-army circles
-Terr names
-Legends
-Movement of boarders if needed to fit names

I think that about covers it :D

someone better talk to lack and let WM get rid of that missle/catapillar/fish out of canada. if that thing is left alone to quench, it would be an insult to canadians everytime we played that map!

1. Is there something different about the text for QUEBEC on the large map? It looks like maybe it's the old version of the text or something? It might just be the background though.

2. Could you show us the large and small with random numbers instead of 88? I think it'll help determine if there's a readability issue since that's what this is mostly about.

The white circles in Europe make the country borders indistinguishable... it's just a big white blur in N.Eur, S.Eur area.

Also the shadow on the text in Aussie doesn't look clean, looks blurry.
