Besides, most people think they know about the other party and most of the time they think wrong, I orginally thought that democrats just wanted to raise taxes, but that wasn't the whole story. They do it to fund more government programs.

Cheesemore, this country has back-up plans for every kind of disaster imaginable. Terrorism, eathquakes, FLOODS. Everyone knew that some day those levees might break. If such an instance happened, ok, we'll do this. This is our plan. This is our course of action if those levees are to fail.
