Oh christ, i've knocked out a few under five mins.
Easy if you forget for a day or two, and build up a head of steam.
They can be fantastic,but all too short.
In general i like to chill out over a half an hour period, just gently...

how to solve your problem:
1. go out, meet people (girls if you are a boy, and boys if you are a girl, other combinations can also be possible Mantrain FTW!)
2. talk to those people and develop a sort of thing called a 'social life'
3. maybe someone will ever like you a lot (small chance, but there are always people worse than you, remember that try to make sure the person that likes you isn't one of them >.>)
