You have to go to your inbox, then from there pick the tab marked Profiles at the top
From there, pick the link to Edit Sig on the left
From there, put that address in the show image field surrounded by the Img code
[img]url%20where%20your%20image%20resides[/img]
but you will have a problem. Your image needs to be specifically no higher than 150 pixels, and no wider than (I think it's 500) ... i find 450 to 475 wide shows up on every forum better than the really long ones, tho. really long ones cross into the medals part
