There are escalating stale mates.

The same thing could happen with a majority vote. Someone who excels at speed freestyle will get stuck in a casual freestyle, and could get screwed over. I think it would be a terrible idea to make it majority... If you sign up for a speed and 2 other dudes can't finish it, then sucks for them, unless everyone is willing to make it casual. Great suggestion though, maybe make it an option in speed games if the rule only requires a majority vote.
