[CL16] Clan League 16 - Winners: PD - A^, SD - LHDD

As a team we decided to allow DBD to join. This gives 8 clans in each division. Here's the match up schedule.

A reminder to all: The home map usage limit was decreased from 4 to 3 for CL16. The clans that have gone over the limit as of now have been issued warnings, but not infractions. I implore all planners to please be sure and keep track of your home map usages and not to go over 3 usages for a map. Thanks!

My team and I started keeping track of map usage in CL a few years ago as we think this is something that not all clans have the time or energy to do and we think the league should be fair for all clans. If a clan doesn't notice that their opponent is overusing a map, they shouldn't be punished for that. In the past few Clan Leagues, I have simply kept a close eye and let clans know when they went over and asked them to remake. We discussed, though, and think everyone should have access to view the usages sheet, which is linked below.
