ok I have the tournament privileges and so we are ready to get going on the latest map, I think this should be good but I may be biased as it is my map If you have any thoughts on the map during the tournament please post them in the map foundry: https://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewt ... 4&t=240273

Ok so we got 36 players the most I have had for one of these tournaments and so we will be playing 4 rounds then the finals! So we will start with a half round so 4 players need to lose all 3 of their lives, then those that are still alive will play 3 rounds where 8 players need to lose all of their lives until the final 8 are decided who will play till 15 kills, starting with points depending on the number of lives they have at the end of round 4.

is still 8 as each player gets 8 games it means can split safely into 36 games or any number depending on the number of players as get random opponents in all games not playing the same ones Hopefully it makes sense with the invites you have received

All but 1 of the games in Batch 1 of the tournament are over and done so time for batch 2 and an update on the standings

only 1 player managed to lose all 3 of their lives and only scored a single kill YouOnKazoo in fact they lost 4 lives so unlikly to make round 2 as all other players will play 8 extra games that they do so plenty of chances to gain kills. There are 10! players hanging on with 1 life was hoping to only need 1 batch in round 1 but going to need to play a full 2nd batch in round 1

We have 4 players who won 3 of their 8 games actorday who also hung on to all 3 lives and so is sitting at the top the other 2 players being ccatcher and donelladan who both got 3 kills while giving up 1 of their lives and luvlee_blonde who lost 2 lives to claim their 3 kills

Unless the miraculous happens this will be the last batch in round 1 as we only need 4 players total and so 3 more players to lose all of their lives and we have 35 new games and 1 old game to conclude and only 72 lives left amongst us all

okie dokie round 1 is over and I contemplated skipping round 2 as we had an extra 6 players lose all of there lives for 10 losers in total. But I decided to have round 2 anyway so 6 players will be resurrected and all players are gaining 4 lives for round 2.

The 4 players who don't make round 2 are YouOnKazoo, Mageplunka69, ajnicol1973, phersjm. TheTrueNorth scrapped by into round 2 with the same lives and kills as YouOnKazoo and Mageplunka69 and having to go to the round 1 tiebreaker of who joined the tournament first.

Doing well and leading the tournament is Uckuki who lost only 1 life and got 6 kills over round 1, next we have actorday with no lives lost and 5 kills and then in joint 3rd are luvlee_blonde and Marie LaVeaux each on just 1 life and 4 kills.

4 players retain all of their lives going into round 2 actorday, mass miracle, darin44 and chidone getting 5, 2, 1 and 0 kills respectively

The next batch of games will be sent out shortly so look out for 8 new games each Good luck and have fun

Ok I am back and the latest games have all been scored we are about a third of the way through batch 2 of round 2 only 1 of the 8 players has lost all of their lives down the back of the sofa and probably not making it to round 3 with just the 1 kill to Marie LaVeaux's name.

Speaking of low lives we have 5 players sitting on their last lives and so may miss out on batch 3 if we end up needing to play it before round 3: Igotaished, general cod, Lord Arioch, Fuatpanza and hamalech.

At the other end of the lives we have 2 players still on a full compliment of lives and so still have 7 being Chidone and actorday so both should be in a good position to make round 3.

So we still have a wait to see how things will continue hope you are all having fun and I will try to remember to make an update at the end of the batch

okie dokie folks round 2 batch 2 is over and so time for an update before I send out new games

5 players have lost all of their lives to join Marie LaVeaux: Igotaished and general cod both with 3 kills to their names and so currently making the cut for round 3 but with a batch to go we will have to see if they will still make it. general bax with 2 kills but -1 lives so not looking like a good position to make round 3 and finally Lord Arioch with just 1 kill but also on -1 lives.

We have 5 players in danger of dying for the final time and so moving us onto round 3 lgrupido, harvmax, TheTrueNorth, Fuatpanza and hamalech all of which were those revived for round 2 apart from lgrupido.

Doing much better at the top of things we have madmom with 4 kills and 6 lives, then in 2nd we have donelladan also with 4 kills but just 5 lives finally in joint 3rd both on 5 lives and 3 kills are TODRICH and D3A7H

I will send out 8 new games to the 27 alive players who are fighting to not take one of the remaining death spots by keeping at least 1 of their lives on them. This is most likely the last batch of games for round 2 so good luck and have fun

While there are a couple of games still ongoing for Batch 1 of round 3 I am going to be sending out batch 2 shortly as the results can't eliminate anyone

We have 3 people sitting at the top with 11 points: Iron maid who still has 8 lives left and has scored 3 kills in round 3, mass miracle with 9 lives left and 2 kills and finally Uckuki who has only lost the single life in the 1st round so has 10 lives and just 1 kill so far in round 3.

Uckuki is also leading for having gotten the most kills over the whole tournament with 11 closly followed by myself plurple and lgrupido on 10 each

Speaking of lgrupido they are barely hanging on to their place in the tournament with just 2 lives left also in danger is crazystef on 3 lives and then 4 players on 4 lives general cod, luvlee_blonde, Igotaished and TheTrueNorth

So quiet a bit of round 3 to go for us to have 8 players sans lives and so probably 3+ more batches before round 4. 8 new games will be finding their way to each player shortly. Good luck and have fun

Final 8 will play until a player has 15 points. Each player will start with points depending on number of lives they have left in the penultimate round. In the finals I will be tracking lives but they will no longer matter

We have moved onto round 4 of the tournament and I started things off with 10 games a player.

I unfortunately did not make the cut losing out with the last game of Round 3 being rudely killed by Igotaished killing me and dropping me to -1 life and dropping me to best loser.

We need 8 players to lose all of there lives before we move onto the finals.

Half the games from Batch 1 of Round 4 are over and it is looking like no one will be eliminated this batch though it is still possible for a number of players if things go poorly

Wow, can't wait for new games. Already played 90 games for this tournament the last 10 months. If it was an auto-tournament the prizes would go up sky-high. Guess the winner will get 3,000 credits and a red star?
